Pick the plan that covers your products: up to 20, 100, 500, 1,500, 3,000, or 5,000 products. One account covers distinct enabled products across all your stores, including agency client stores. The same product counts once, even when enabled in several stores. You can import a larger catalog and enable a smaller selection. Need more than 5,000? Talk to us.

Each store gets one initial free score for up to 500 connected products or 150 products from a file, plus a free buyer brief. Paid work covers the products you enable in the paid selection.

Ongoing work is the Team plan: the Copywriter, Photographer and Social Manager work across your account every month. Team costs the same per product up to 1,500 products and less per product above that, and annual costs 10 months for the full year. Monthly renews monthly; annual renews annually. One-off work is a 1-week pass for the experts you pick: a separate, nonrenewing purchase that costs the same per product on every plan.

One payment for the experts you pick, no renewal. Multiple passes cost the sum of their prices. Both windows start at verified paid activation: 7 elapsed days of work and 30 elapsed days to approve. Pass purchases are separate from Team and do not become subscription credit.

Approved or published work survives expiry and cancellation. After 30 days, unapproved drafts are archived, not deleted. Buying that expert again restores its drafts; Team restores drafts for all three paid experts.

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Approved or published work stays. Unapproved drafts are archived after the approval window and can be restored by buying the relevant expert or Team again.

Yes. A pass is a separate purchase and is not credited toward Team. Before confirmation, we show the amount and the effective date. Team upgrades show the prorated charge; downgrades take effect at renewal. Existing subscribers keep their existing billing system and agreed prices.

Publishes to Shopify, WooCommerce, Tiendanube, Square and PrestaShop after approval, and updates existing listings on Mercado Libre and Amazon. BigCommerce connection and file export are in beta; Dondo does not publish directly to BigCommerce. Other stores get a prepared file.
