Long before launching the AI solution of today, we built a swapping marketplace where users could upload and exchange their items with those posted by other users. While building out this marketplace and doing inventory analysis on the nearly ~10M items, we noticed something important: the importance of a great listing. Time and time again we'd see items that were objectively great but were never transacted simply because they had:
